We met on the first day of kindergarten, our oldest sons in tow, and quickly discovered a shared love of interiors. What began as a casual conversation turned into hours spent talking about homes, design, and all the little details that make a space feel special. Years of friendship followed, along with a shared dream.

Somewhere along the way, we realized we shared more than a love of interiors. We believed that good design shouldn't be reserved for a select few, and that the greatest luxury is simply having a home you love spending time in.

With backgrounds in fine art and graphic design, and the hands-on experience of building our own homes, we eventually decided to turn that passion into something more.

Our first opportunity came when a dear friend trusted us to stage her real estate listing. Years later, we found ourselves styling that same friend's home on Laurel Street. It was a full-circle moment, and the inspiration behind our name.

What began with a love of creating beautiful, livable spaces has grown into something more. House on Laurel is now a place to share the things we love, the stories behind them, and our belief that beautiful living is found in the everyday.

Today, you'll find House on Laurel in two places close to our hearts—Northport and East Hampton—where we continue to bring together thoughtfully collected home goods, creative ideas, and interior styling services that celebrate individuality.
