Once a formal dining room, this space was reimagined as a richly layered library and workspace — a place to work, read, and retreat.

We enveloped the room in Benjamin Moore Antique Pewter, carrying the color across walls, trim, doors, and built-ins to create a quiet sense of continuity. Light linen window treatments soften the mood, while warm brass lighting, natural textures, and a sculptural white desk bring a modern counterpoint to the traditional architecture.

Relocated bookshelves became the foundation for a collection of antique, vintage, and new books, layered with objects that give the room its personality.

The result is a space that feels intimate, collected, and entirely its own — proof that sometimes the best rooms are the ones we rethink.
